RFP0015 – Tower Site Erection Work

Yurok Telecommunications (YTEL) is pleased to announce the release of RFP0015 – Tower Site Erection Work, covering multiple telecommunications tower sites across Humboldt and Del Norte Counties, California. This project is part of our broadband infrastructure expansion under the NTIA TBCP grant.

The scope includes:

  • Site preparation and grading
  • Concrete foundation and grounding systems
  • Tower erection and alignment
  • Road access construction
  • Compliance with FAA/FCC and tribal permitting requirements

We invite all interested and qualified vendors to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) by November 10, 2025 if you wish to receive the full bid package and participate in the procurement process.  Once we receive your LOI YTEL will provide you NDA to execute that will need to be completed and sent back by November 14, 2025.  

Please upload your LOI using the form to the right and include:

  • Company name and contact information
  • Brief statement of interest
  • Confirmation of ability to meet project timeline (December 2025 – May 2026)
  • Any relevant certifications or tribal affiliations

Following receipt of your LOI and signed NDA, you will be provided with the full RFP document, response templates, and details for the mandatory pre-bid conference call scheduled for December 3, 2025.  Detailed engineering drawings, soil reports, and site-specific requirements are available for each location, including Terwer, Blue House, Mitchell, Two Snakes, Wautec, Miners Creek, and Notchko.
