This RFQ seeks qualified firms with demonstrated experience in the design, installation, and support of off‑grid solar power systems suitable for remote telecommunications infrastructure.

Mandatory Pre‑Bid Conference Call:

Participation in the pre‑bid conference call is mandatory for all vendors who intend to submit a bid. Responses to submitted questions will be shared during this call.
If you intend to bid, please email the participant’s name and email address to the YTEL contact listed in the RFQ so they may be invited to the call.
Vendor Responses Due:
April 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM (PT)
Submission Instructions
Vendors must submit:
      • The completed RFQ Vendor Response Form
      • Required attachments (including rate sheets, licensing, insurance, resumes/company profile, and references)
      • A brief cover letter expressing interest and availability
Responses must be submitted electronically to the YTEL contact identified in the RFQ by the deadline noted above.
